Communications (comms.roarke.io) is a feedback collection tool, not a content publisher in the traditional sense. However, we believe every service that presents information to users has a responsibility to be transparent about how that information is handled.

We commit to:

• Transparency — We disclose all data we collect, how we store it, and who has access. No hidden collection.
• Corrections — If we discover an error in our documentation or disclosures, we correct it promptly and note the change.
• Accountability — The operator of this service is clearly identified. Questions and concerns have a clear path to a real person.
