Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
Communications (comms.roarke.io) is a feedback collection service operated by Roarke Clinton. It provides an embeddable widget that appears on websites across our portfolio, allowing visitors to submit feedback or get in touch.
This privacy policy applies to data collected through the feedback widget and the contact widget, regardless of which website you encounter them on.
2. What We Collect
When you submit feedback or a contact message, we collect:

3. What We Do Not Collect
- The widget does not set any cookies on your browser
- The widget does not track your browsing behavior, clicks, or page views
- The widget does not use fingerprinting or any form of persistent identification
- No data is collected unless you actively submit the form
4. How We Store Your Data
Submissions are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the United States. Access is restricted to the service operator (Roarke Clinton) via authenticated dashboard access.

6. Data Retention
Feedback submissions are retained indefinitely to maintain a record of reported issues and their resolution. If you would like your submission deleted, contact us at the address below.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access any data we hold that is associated with your email address
- Correct inaccurate data in your submissions
- Delete your submissions from our database
- Object to our processing of your data

8. International Data Transfers
Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By submitting feedback, you consent to this transfer.
9. Children’s Privacy
This service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data through our widget, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. The widget itself does not require acceptance of terms to load — it only collects data when you choose to submit.
