The Widget Sets No Cookies
The Communications feedback widget that appears on participating websites does not set any cookies on your browser. It does not use local storage, session storage, or any other form of client-side persistence. No data is stored on your device.
Other Tools We Distribute
comms.roarke.io also serves other embeddable tools to sites in our portfolio: a cookie-consent manager (cookie-consent.js) and a small Research Preview label (preview.js). The preview label stores nothing on your device. The consent manager stores your cookie choice in your browser’s localStorage on the host site where you make it — your accept/decline choice, and a 7-day “asked recently” stamp if you decline. That storage lives under the host site’s own domain, never reaches comms.roarke.io, and is disclosed in each host site’s own cookie policy; it exists so the site can honor your choice.
comms.roarke.io Cookies
If you visit comms.roarke.io directly (for example, to read these legal pages), no cookies are set. The only cookies on this domain are Supabase authentication cookies used by the site administrator to access the dashboard. These are:
